Achieve greater balance, control and stability during spins and turns! Because WCS is a linear dance, patterns with rotation can often be challenging. Learn how to become a better leader and follower of spins and turns, and learn some cool patterns that have turns for both men and women. Make dancing easier become the partner everybody wants to dance with!

Swing Mechanics
Make your swing look and feel great with the advanced technique you should be using! This workshop will explore the science of movement and partnership and apply it to the basics of West Coast Swing. Through a greater understanding of body motion, footwork, lead/follow and the mechanics of the dance, you will fine-tune your body and dramatically improve your dancing!

This workshop will use movement and connection of basic patterns to explore awesome new variations that surprise. Improve your control, enhance your communication, and have fun with the partnership.
