Take the red line to one of the following "T" stations and connect to the appropriate bus:
(Between 4:30pm and 7:30pm it will be faster if you take a bus from Alewife.)
Alewife Station- take the # 79 (Arlington Heights) or # 350 (Burlington via Mall) bus to Dunkin Donuts on Corner of Mass Ave & Palmer St. It's only a 10 minute bus ride.
Harvard Square Station- take the #77 (Arlington Heights) bus to Dunkin Donuts on Corner of Mass Ave & Palmer St.
The Arlington Dance Hall is located approximately two blocks from the Dunkin Donuts.
From the Dunkin Donuts Bus Stop (at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Palmer St), cross to the opposite side of Massachusetts Avenue and turn right. Walk to the first street on your left (Pond Lane). Turn left onto Pond Lane and and walk to the end (not far) and through the underpass. Continue on Pond Lane to the right through the parking area then to the left around the house at the end of the parking area. Just past the house on your left you will see the Arlington Lodge (the Dance Hall) on your left (grey building).
Davis Square Station- take the #87 (Arlington Center/ Clarendon Hill) bus to Arlington Center
The Dance Hall is located approximately two blocks from Arlington Center.
From the Arlington Center Bus Stop (at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Medford St), cross to the opposite side of Massachusetts Avenue and walk in the same direction as the flow of traffic. The Saville and Grannan Funeral home will be on your right at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Whittemore Street. Turn right onto Whittemore and walk to the end (not far) and through the underpass. Continue on the footpath veering slightly to the left. Walk through the first gate door you get to and you will be on Pond Terrace. Proceed to the end of Pond Terrace (very short walk) and you will see the Dance Hall on your right (grey building with wood shingle siding).
